Earn your results
Use the game controls as intended. Do not use bots, scripts, manipulated clients, multiple accounts or coordinated forfeits to manufacture ranked wins or leaderboard results. Report reproducible exploits rather than using them against other players.
Respect your opponents
Do not harass, threaten or impersonate other players. Keep private information out of usernames, room invitations and chat. Use the available social blocking controls when you do not want contact from another player.
Finish your match
Leaving an active competitive match can count as a forfeit. A disconnected player can lose after the disconnect timeout. If your connection is unstable, practice in Solo Player or use a private room before entering ranked matchmaking.
Free competition, optional style
The public game has no paid entry pools, cash prizes or player-to-player money transfers. Cosmetic Shop Credits unlock visual items for the purchasing account. They do not change attack strength, handling rules, matchmaking or Elo, and cannot be converted into money or used as a stake. PRIME is being redesigned and is not available for purchase.
Protect your account
Choose a password you do not reuse elsewhere and save your recovery code privately. Blocxis support will not ask you to post a password, recovery code or payment credential in a game room.
Report problems clearly
Use Support to save bug and abuse reports. Include relevant room and timing details. The beta does not offer a staffed live-support service or a guaranteed review time.
