Information used by the game
Blocxis stores account identifiers, a username, password-verification data and recovery-code verification data to operate sign-in. It records your age-confirmation declaration, public player name, game inputs and results, rankings, account XP and levels, personal records, cosmetic selections and entitlements. Friends, room membership, online presence and private-message content are processed to provide social play. Support requests are stored with your player account.
Player names, ranks, leaderboard entries, match results and game boards can be visible to other players through the relevant game features. Private messages are intended for their participants; they are not public posts. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, bank information or other sensitive information in chat or support requests.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses a session cookie. Your browser also stores game preferences such as controls, sound, visual quality and selected free styles. These are used to keep the game working and remember your choices. Clearing cookies signs you out; clearing local storage can reset device preferences.
If you choose a custom background URL, your browser requests that image from its host. That host can receive normal connection information such as your IP address. Only use image sources you trust.
Hosting and payments
Cloudflare hosts the website and database and processes connection and request information to deliver and protect the service. Application logs can include error and request metadata for troubleshooting.
Cosmetic checkout is being prepared with Xsolla and is not open for public purchases while onboarding is pending. If you use an approved checkout in the future, the payment provider processes the payment details under its own privacy notice. Do not enter card details in Blocxis chat or support. Shop Credits are account-bound cosmetic credits, not a withdrawable balance.
Google advertising
Blocxis is being connected to Google AdSense for site review. Ownership-verification metadata and ads.txt identify the publisher account. These verification records do not themselves load advertisements or advertising cookies. Ad serving is not enabled in this release.
If Google ads are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, local storage, device and connection information to deliver and measure ads, including ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Any required advertising choices must be configured before ad serving is enabled. Personalized ads for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland require a Google-certified consent platform.
You can review Google's information about partner sites and manage personalization through My Ad Center. Third-party advertising vendors, when used, are disclosed through the advertising-consent interface.
Retention and requests
Account, game, social and purchase records are retained to operate accounts, keep results consistent, investigate abuse and reconcile transactions where applicable. This release does not provide a self-service account-deletion tool. You can submit a privacy or account request through the signed-in Support page. Support requests are currently saved for review; an automated email reply service and a guaranteed response time are not available.
For account access, use the recovery code saved at registration. Never share that code in a support message. See available contact and recovery options.
Who can register
The current registration flow is for users who confirm they are at least 18 years old. Blocxis is not directed to children. This declaration is not identity verification.
